The legislative act amends the Law “On Association of Co-Owners of Multi-Storey Building”.
The law establishes that admission to the association of co-owners of multi-storey building is free; provides the applicant, that was denied the right to become a member of association, with a right to file a complaint in court; and establishes that the decision on admission to the association of co-owners of multi-storey building (denial to admission) shall be approved by the authority of such association, etc.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2469а.
